How do we do your shipment?

Once your order is confirmed, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order within 24-48 working hours from receipt of payment.

CAMACHO TEXTIL SL, does not assume responsibility for the delivery of the product as a result of erroneous, false, inaccurate or incomplete data, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user (it has two attempts to delivery) or retention of the product in Customs.

How much does your shipment cost?

From www.camachofabricaciontextil.comOrders will be sent to any part of Spain (insular, peninsular, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, France and Italy.

  • Spain (peninsular) and Portugal 24/48 hours: € 4.78
  • Canary Islands 5-7 days: € 10.22
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 4-5 days: € 5.95
 

Orders placed after 12:30 pm will be shipped the next business day.

* Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be billed at 0% VAT. The The buyer must make a self-assessment of the tax (IGIC or IPSI) as appropriate. For orders with a gross amount less than € 22, the order is exempt from IGIC and DUA, for orders between € 22 and € 150 gross they are required to pay the IGIC but exempt from DUA, and for orders with a gross amount greater than € 150 they are required to settle IGIC and DUA. How to make a return?

To start the return you just have to go to the link 'Make a return'found at the bottom of the web and fill in the form with your data:

A shipping label to stick on the package to be returned, which you can leave at the collection point of Post A that indicates the created label.

The User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

How much does a return cost?

The return of the products presented manufacturing defects in them, it will not suppose no additional cost for the user.

The return of the products by change of size, model or other different product, the User must make the return at no cost, and reorder with the desired product, which must be responsible for the shipping cost: € 4.78 (VAT included) for the peninsula and € 10.22 for the Canary Islands.

If the User decides return the order in full, CAMACHO will pay the User the entire amount that he had paid, except shipping cost.

How does the return work?

CAMACHO will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has processed the return form.

Once we receive the order and verify that it is in good condition, we will proceed to return the entire amount paid by the User.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. It is important to include the delivery note. If you do not have said delivery note, you can download it by accessing your account, in the "HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS" section. If the User does not proceed in this way, CAMACHO reserves the right to deny the return.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPROVE A RETURN.

For a return to be accepted as appropriate, it is essential that the garments meet a series of requirements:

-They must keep the composition label, which is inside the garment. This label contains all the necessary information on the correct care of the garment (washing, drying, ironing, etc.), thanks to it Camacho Textil SL can trace the garment and see when it was manufactured, under what order of production has been prepared, etc., very important information to detect the origin of any anomaly in the manufacturing process.

-In the absence of this label, it is assumed that the client has eliminated the part that indicates how to treat the garment in relation to washing, detergents, drying, ironing, etc., so Camacho Textil SL will not be done liable for defects that are not clearly from manufacturing.

-If they are washed or used, returns will not be accepted for stains claiming that they "came from the factory". Returns for this reason must be made when the garments are received and it is verified that they have indeed arrived from the factory in such condition.

-Returns by pilling will not be accepted if they only present it in a specific area of the garment. In the event that the fabric used for the manufacture presents pilling problems, it would suppose a generalized defect in the entire surface of the fabric and tone of the garment, so the fact that it only has it in a certain area will be due with all Probability to which said part has been subjected to continuous friction from an external and inappropriate element, such as a bag, a damaged chair, the edge of the table / desk, etc.

-Returns due to shrinkage due to poor washing, drying, etc., will not be accepted. Camacho Textil SL has for all the fabrics it uses in the manufacturing processes with reports from an independent laboratory that certifies the maintenance of the main values (color fastness, resistance to pilling and abrasion, shrinkage, color fastness, etc.) within the limits set by the Quality Management System.
